After trading in his combat boots for chef’s whites, Chef Herman graduated from the esteemed French Culinary Institute in 1999 and has since graced the kitchens of iconic establishments like Cafe de Artiste and the Rainbow Room. He’s a culinary nomad who has also worked at the Boathouse Cafe in Central Park and various ranches and resorts, gathering flavors and experiences along the way. With his visionary approach, he aims to transform the Ranch into a culinary haven, celebrating the rich bounty of Montana through seasonal proteins and fresh, local ingredients. His commitment to creating unforgettable dining experiences is not just about food; it’s about crafting memories that inspire and connect people to the beauty of their surroundings.
