As July rolls in, prepare for the most thrilling dry fly fishing of the season, featuring hatches like PMDs, Black Caddis, Tan Caddis, Tricos, and some incredible Hopper action. Fall
From September to early November, the dry fly fishing is absolutely fantastic, especially with Tricos and Psuedos making their appearance! Plus, don’t miss out on the chance to catch some fish using terrestrial patterns. As summer grass starts to die off, you may notice some vegetation in the water, but that just adds to the charm of fall fishing. By mid-October, the crowds have thinned out, and the weather is usually quite pleasant—perfect for a day on the water!
Winter
